1. Select "Contract" from the pull-down menu.

2. Select the date of the contract and type Tractor Co. as a party.

3. Copy clause 2.1 which shows breach.

4. Click on the Breach of Contract check box as Favorable or Unfavorable.

Press Save and you are done. It is that easy! You do not need to remember what is important or what to enter.
